Our items are printed to order, so there is a very small window of time do this, Once an order is placed the process of printing begins. We will do everything we can to cancel or edit an order, but we can't guarantee it. If we are unable to cancel or edit an order in time, you will have to ship the item to us once you receive it for a refund.
